What to wear and bring to first class
Do not wear lotion, oils or jewelry. Bring socks, yoga mat and don’t wear any loose clothing. Read each class description to find out exactly what to wear to class.
What happens if you're late
If you are more than 20 min late for a class, you will not be allowed in and the penalties will apply. If you do not cancel your class ONLINE 4 hours in advance, you will forfeit your class AND be charged $20 automatically. Sorry no exceptions!
Make sure to opt-in to receive emails when creating your online account. This is how you will receive confirmation that you’ve been added to the class.

Once you have registered for a class or series, we do not issue a refund. If necessary, you may transfer your class to a friend or relative.
membership cancellation policy
You must send an email to a minimum of 30 days prior to the date of cancellation. This will ensure that we have a record of your requesting the termination and you will receive a confirmation after we have canceled the auto-pay.
